A master lease is an agreement where a property manager leases a building from an owner for a negotiated price with the understanding that the property manager can sublease to other tenants.

We enforce strict house policies. Each client signs an agreement (before entering) stating that if any of the house rules are broken, we reserve the right to evict them immediately, with loss of payment.

Registered guests must undergo a three-step mandatory background check before a booking is confirmed. ID Verification, Rental Agreement and Background Check.Â
We install video cameras to the exterior of your property with 24/7 monitoring. They’re mounted to cover front, side and rear entries providing full visibility of who is coming and going. We use smart locks that generate a new code for each guest, with all codes deleted upon checkout for added security. Additionally, noise detectors alert our support staff if sound levels exceed a certain threshold, allowing for swift action.
Rent payments from GHM are the same as payments from any other tenant. We will work with you to automate monthly direct deposits on your preferred date, via ACH, wire transfers, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, etc. You’ll never have to worry about your payment being late.
Your property will be fully furnished with new furniture thoughtfully selected by our interior designer to perfectly complement your home’s unique character and layout.
Our professional cleaning staff is dedicated to maintaining high standards after each stay. Thoroughly trained and detail-oriented, our team takes pride in their work. Whether it’s removing tough stains, sanitizing surfaces, or refreshing the ambiance of each room, our staff delivers exceptional results.
Additionally, a 24-hour handyman will be available for any emergency maintenance issues, so the landlord won’t be disturbed by minor inconveniences.
We will cover the cost of any minor damages. Additionally, our insurance policy provides coverage for up to $1,000,000 in potential liabilities or damages.
We understand the importance of maintaining good relations with neighbors. We will introduce ourselves and provide them with our business card, so they know who we are and have our email and phone number should they ever have any concerns.Â
